Terms of Service

By accessing or using XP Media's services and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

XP Media provides creative services including video production, motion graphics, brand identity, web design, social media content, and photography. The specific deliverables for each project are agreed upon in a written project brief or contract.

2. Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
Remaining balance is due upon project completion before final file delivery
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
Late payments may incur a 2% monthly charge

3. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate of ₹2,000/hour.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, XP Media transfers all commercial rights to the final deliverables to the client. XP Media retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback response times. XP Media is not liable for delays caused by late client approvals or content submissions.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose project details to third parties without written consent. NDAs are available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

XP Media's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
